I think the court standard that was borken was the search warrant one which i believe is the 4th amendment.

Do you agree with the decisions in your article?
I don't agree with the kid that took the pictures off of facebook and put them into his presentation, but if i were the teacher or principal i would do something about it too.

What do you feel should have been done in this instance?
I feeel that the kid who put the pictures in the presentation should have been punished and not just the kids that were in the pictures.

What do you feel will be the future of rights in today's digital age?
That teachers and staff members can't go into their students facebooks and kids can't take pictures from facebook to put into school work.

What rights do you have inside of school?
You can't disrupt any class or school event going, from speaking badly about the school to wearing something that disrupts class work.

What rights do you have outside of school?
You have all your rights.
